Southwest Surgical Associates will also remain available for your surgical care. If you prefer to continue with SWSA, our staff will be happy to assist you with scheduling with another physician.

Medical Records: Your medical records for services previously provided through Southwest Surgical Associates will remain available through SWSA. You may request a copy of your records or request that they be transferred to Houston Surgeons or another physician by contacting SWSA at 713-772-1200 or at https://southwestsurgical.com/medical-records/
