Dr. Fisher is a native of Houston and completed residency at the Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Fisher is one of the founding partners of Southwest Surgical Associates, LLP and has been practicing in the area for over 15 years. He specializes in general surgery and performs advanced laparoscopic procedures to reduce pain and recovery time. When not fulfilling life long goal of taking care of patients, he enjoys art and traveling.
